How does a massage work?
The massages we offer are performed fully clothed, on an ergonomic chair. They are derived from Japanese Amma massage. These massages provide a balance between relaxation and renewed energy.
Different types of pressure are applied to the back, neck, shoulders and skull, as well as to the arms and hands. This helps to relieve tension and relieve fatigue.
Sessions are preceded by a 5-minute discussion with the wellness practitioner. This time is used to adapt the massage to the individual's needs and desires.
